Applications to host future World Championships expected
The IWF is herewith launching the bidding process for the following future World Championships:
= 2009 Junior World Championships for Men and Women;
= 2009 World Championships for Men and Women;
The candidatures can be forwarded by National Federations to the IWF – with the transfer of the relevant non-refundable deposit – before 28 February 2008.
Relevant documents on the conditions of the applications will soon be published on this website.
The allocation of the World Championships will be decided by the next IWF Executive Board meeting.
