Sam Coffa re-elected President of Australian Commonwealth Games Association
When a weightlifting official is promoted or confirmed in a high position in another national or international sport organisation, it is always a momentum of joy for the IWF, as – beyond the personal merits of the individual concerned – it also means a wide recognition of the entire sport of weightlifting.
This time again, we are proud and happy to congratulate Mr. Sam Coffa, 1st Vice President of the IWF, who was re-elected as President of one of the world’s most important Commonwealth Games Associations: that of Australia.
