IWF delegates on inspection visit in Goyang City
IWF representatives Anikó Németh-Móra, Director and Attila Ádámfi, Competition Director are conducting an inspection visit in Goyang City, Korea, host of the 2009 World Championships. The IWF representatives are joined by David Goldstrom, President of Television in Europe, who discusses aspects related to television and broadcasting of this upcoming event.
The visit included discussions with Goyang City Mayor and OC President H.E. Kang Hyun-Suk, a site visit at the KINTEX, the Championships venue, an impressive and advanced progress report by the hosts and its indepth review by all parties present.
The IWF delegates can confirm that the preparations for the 2009 Goyang World Championships, the first lap on the “Road To London”, are very serious and very well advanced.
