IWF Technology Director Róbert Nagy celebrates 70
Today, on 3rd June, Róbert NAGY, the IWF’s technology expert turns 70 years of age. A computer genius, inventor and developer of the weightlifting competition and results technology programs, Róbert has been working for the IWF for over 3 decades. A former successful lifter himself, he has developed high-tech for the sport of weightlifting and served over 100 world-scale events, including Olympic Games, as the Federation’s Technology Director and Member of the SRC, currently of the Technical Committee.
