Tamas Feher, Head Coach of British Weightlifting, former President of the Hungarian Weightlifting Federation, has recently launched his new venture: “FEHER SPORT PERFORMANCE”. The internationally respected lecturer and author whose previous publications have been distributed across 66 countries, has released a number of brand new professional publications.

In response to increasing interest in Olympic lifting worldwide Tamas has targeted these new materials not only for the coaches and athletes of Olympic Weightlifting, but to all those who want to use the weightlifting exercises and methodologies.

The highlight of his new project is a region free double DVD set: “THIS IS WEIGHTLIFTING” (English and Spanish) and endorsed by Dr. Tamas Ajan, IWF President: “…Tamas Feher is a great ambassador for the sport of Olympic Weightlifting and in coaching education and I am sure this DVD is just the beginning in a series of indispensable tools for teaching weightlifting.
