WHEREABOUTS INFORMATION
In accordance with rules and regulations of WADA and IWF Anti-Doping Policy we hereby call upon your federation to provide the WHEREABOUTS INFORMATION by filling out the enclosed forms (Women, Men) for EACH ATHLETE INDIVIDUALLY including day-by-day data.
EVERY POTENTIAL PARTICIPATING ATHLETE OF
2007 IWF CALENDAR EVENTS MUST BE LISTED!
Athletes not listed on the attached forms will be excluded from participating in 2007 IWF Calendar Events, including 2007 World Championships.
PLEASE RETURN (by fax/email/post) THE FORMS DULY FILLED IN
UNTIL 30th MAY 2007.
(NO handwritten forms are accepted!)
You may also download the necessary forms from the IWF website (www.iwf.net).
In case there are changes to the provided information, please inform the IWF Secretariat in writing immediately!
In case you do not provide the requested whereabouts information or the information provided is incorrect that shall be regarded as violation of the Anti-Doping Policy and will result in serious sanctions.
If a national team member listed on the forms provided by the National Federations cannot be found for unannounced testing, due to incorrect or insufficient information provided to the IWF, the NATIONAL FEDERATION MUST PAY THE EXPENSES OF THE UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO TEST, PLUS A FINE OF USD 5000.00.
When a National Federation fails to submit the requested Athlete's whereabouts information to the IWF by the date specified above, following one formal written warning, the National Federation will be fined USD 500.00 PER ATHLETE IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER COSTS THE IWF INCURRED. |
