- As the host, the President of Asian Weightlifting Federation what do you expect of the Goyang world meet?

- It is highly expected that the organization of the WWC will be exceptionally remarkable taking into account their hosting preparation last year during the Asian Interclub Weightlifting Championship which over reached the international standard of hosting and displaying a very high level of competition while sharing a great korean hospitality to all the participants and delegates.  And, personally I am very glad that the WWC is held in Asian country which will surely uphold and further develop a closer relationship between Asia and other continental federations around the globe.  Surely the event will showcase a great number of participants vying for their flag and country which will demonstrate once again our sport weightlifting as one of the best and overwhelming individual sport in the olympic world.

 - Will Asian lifters shine as it happened a year ago in Beiijing?

- I am confident that our promising  Asian weightlifters will once again prove and display their strength against their fellow contenders which will eleviate the the championship into more exhilarating and breathaking competition that will further draw spectator's attention.

 - who is the lifter you think is able for a real surprise performance?

 - I am not going to mention any name as I believe that everyone has made their preparations and trained vigorously for WWC, however it gives me so much pride that evidently our Asian athletes are still on top and the credit comes from our national federation leaders in Asia for the job well done.

 Like everybody else, across the continents, everyone is rigidly training in preparation to the 2012 Olympic Games. In Asia, I think the media should focus their attention to;

 o        the new born champions from 2008 Beijing Olympic Games most specially to the Chinese lifters who grabbed gold medals

o        probable new gold digger SAEED ALI HOSSEINE from Iran

o        Should JANG MIRAN from Korea will surpass her own personal records

 At the moment, we must expect a great competition considering the competitiveness of all our weightlifters around the world and I am looking forward to a closer camaraderie and good relationship amongst world weightlifting family.
