He used to get eight buses a day to attend school and train in both rugby and weightlifting. He would have up to 10 training sessions each week, so eventually he decided to focus on weightlifting. "Balancing extra-curricular activities was hard. I had to make decisions on my own and it was my responsibility to own my time."
